Food Security

As we all know, food prices haves skyrocketed in recent years. The prices are especially high for organic fruits and vegetables. Within our town will be acreage set aside for greenhouses and exterior gardens that will provide fresh vegetables and fruits.

Each family can help by spending a few hours per week doing whatever needs done to provide fresh food. Everyone that participate will receive a voucher for a portion of the harvest that they helped grow. A team captain will be appointed for each town to oversee the production and to make sure that things run smoothly.

Additionally, we are going to work with food companies to provide a cooperative where members can buy good quality staples such as flour, sugar, oil, dairy products, and other items at a reduced price. We will purchase large quantities and fill orders for those that want to use this service.
